Bored with your diet? Here’s a list of healthy foods.

Recently many of my clients and readers have asked about making their diet plans more exciting. They are bored of the same 10 foods they eat each and every day. So, I thought I would post an article on a list of healthy foods. This list isn’t a complete list. There are many more foods out there that would be considered healthy, but this list is here to help you mix and match your meal plans.

Remember healthy nutrition isn’t only about the foods you choose, but portion size as well. If you are consuming 5-6 meals a day like you should be, don’t allow any full meal be larger than what a small tupperware will hold. This is more food than you think. Choose a carbohydrate and protein for each meal, and add a fat item for 3 of your 6 meals. Try this list of healthy foods out.
